BuildScore™ was built out of thirteen years in residential construction sales and operations. Thirteen years of sitting beside buyers as they read a builder quote for the first time, and hearing the same three questions every time. Is this price actually comparable to the other one? What is included here that is missing there? What does this contract condition commit me to?

Those questions were never a sign that anyone had done anything wrong. The builder writes a quote every day. Most people only read one, once, maybe twice in a lifetime. That gap in familiarity is the problem, and it sits with the buyer, every time.

BuildScore™ is a Digital Build Broker. Two or three builder quotes go in. Each one is scored against fixed criteria across five categories: Price & Value, Inclusions, Contract Clarity, Timeline, and Reputation & Risk. Every builder is measured against the same standard, an experienced, real person finalises every score, and the report comes back within 48 hours (business days).

It is not a black box. Fixed criteria, same standard for every builder, rated by rules and not vibes.

The report does not pick a winner. It shows what each quote contains, side by side, in plain language, and it stops there.

Buyers pay for the report. Builders do not.
